LOSING BARGAIN
LOSING BARGAIN is a tragic-chic fashion paradox—where the poetry of loss meets the thrill of the hunt. We curate imperfect treasures, garments that celebrate the beauty of near-misses and almost-was. This is depression-era glamour reimagined for the modern scavenger—luxury through the lens of liquidation.
Design Philosophy:
Calculated Flaws: Intentionally misaligned seams, "final sale" stamps embroidered in gold thread
Red Tag Elegance: Auction-house tags repurposed as luxury embellishments
Ghost Inventory: Sheer overlays revealing phantom garment layers beneath
We reconstruct retail casualties—sample sale fur with one sleeve, couture seconds patched with blackout fabric, and runway prototypes finished with visible distress marks. Fabrics are narrative-rich: overstock silks stamped with voided barcodes, cashmere felted from unsold inventory, and leather embossed with discontinued style numbers.
LOSING BARGAIN doesn't do collections—we stage strategic liquidations. Our runway shows unfold in abandoned department stores, models wearing looks that disappear from the rack as they walk.
